THERAPY FOR THERAPISTS

IN MICHIGAN AND INDIANA

Ever wish you had someone to help you process all the parts of your life like you do for your clients?

Ever feel like finding your own therapist is next to impossible?

Us therapists are a unique breed. And, although we often feel like other therapists should totally get it, it can sometimes feel like finding the right therapist is going to take a lot more effort than we really have to give. I mean, let’s face it, by the time we need our own therapist, we usually have almost nothing left in the tank.

So let’s talk through some of the reasons therapists need therapists, and you let me know if any of this sounds familiar…

Maybe you recognize that you are burning out and you want to try to work through it so you can get back to helping your clients.

Maybe the busyness of your life supporting others has led to you feeling like there is little to no time for yourself.

Perhaps you simply want to find a place to take care of yourself to prevent these kind of things from happening.

Or maybe, like other therapists, you feel lonely and isolated and you really want to talk to someone who gets it!

Whatever your reason, you know something's gotta change.

You want to be able to connect with people in your life.

You want to be able to stay present in the times that matter most.

You want to take care of yourself the way you encourage others to take care of themselves.

Most of all, you want to have the room to be a whole person outside of your identity as a therapist!

Therapy for Therapists can help!

It may feel impossible now, but you can prioritize yourself while caring for others . You can have a healthy work-life balance. You can experience the same growth you see in your clients. And I can help you get there.

Therapy for therapists looks a little different than normal. This video let’s you know more about how I help other therapists succeed!

Therapy for Therapists can help you:

Deal with imposter syndrome.

Take care of your own stuff that you secretly carry into the therapy room.

Build self-awareness to help you uncover blind spots and boost your understanding of your emotions, beliefs, and patterns.

Feel seen and supported in an incredibly lonely career field.

Heal from burnout (and/or keep it away for good).

I'll help you through this process tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances.

My approach to Therapy for Therapists comes from a place of authenticity and empowerment: knowing that you already have the knowledge and skills, and you just need someone to show up with an outside perspective to help you be the best person you can be!

It’s time to be the therapist you were always meant to be.

I can help you get there!

Frequently asked questions about counseling

How does online therapy work?

Online therapy is just like in-person therapy, except you can wear your pjs! I will help you get set up with an online account using a secure, HIPAA compliant client portal. When we meet, we will connect through this portal for video sessions.

What are your fees?

Typical fees range from $125-$195. I take a unique approach to fees in that you pay for the time we spend. I’ll block out a 1-hour block for us to meet, but if we only use a portion of that time, you will pay less.

Where are you located?

All of my services are provided virtually. Currently, I am licensed to help clients in Michigan and Indiana.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

In our first appointment, I gather a lot of information such as reason for counseling, goals, and background information. This is to get a clearer picture of your needs for counseling. While I do gather a lot of information in this first session, I try to make this more of a conversation rather than an interview. My number 1 goal is to help you feel comfortable as we begin to explore your story.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance at this time. I am happy to provide a superbill that you can then submit to your insurance for out of network benefits

How do I get started?
