With a conversational style and a "no topic off limits," approach you will find each session is focused on exactly what you need at the time.

It's normal to have questions about therapy. Here's what you need to know:

Step 2: MEET REGULARLY BASED ON YOUR NEEDS

We will meet either weekly, every other week or even monthly to address your needs. You and I will talk about what works best for you based on your goals and expectations and then we will focus on those goals throughout our work together.

Step 3: FIND JOY IN THE MOMENTS THAT MATTER TO YOU!

Our work together will continue until you feel confident in your plans to move forward in life. My ultimate goal is to empower you to feel confident in your own abilities to “take it from here,” knowing you can return to therapy for a refresher any time you want.
