It's normal to wonder how this all works. Here's what you need to know:
Fill out the contact form or book an appointment on the calendar. We'll talk about your needs and I'll share a little bit about the work I do so you can make a confident decision in your next steps.
Step 2: MEET REGULARLY BASED ON YOUR NEEDS
We will meet either weekly, every other week or even monthly to address your needs. You and I will talk about what works best for you based on your goals and expectations and then we will focus on those goals throughout our work together.
Step 3: Finally feel like life is fun again.
Our work together will continue until you feel confident in your plans to move forward in life. My ultimate goal is to empower you to feel confident in your own abilities to “take it from here,” knowing you can return to therapy for a refresher any time you want.
A session will typically range from $95-$165 based on how long we actually meet. You can also request shorter sessions if you are working on a budget.
The rates include:
$95 for 30 minutes
$125 for 45 minutes
$165 for 60 minutes
$195 for an initial appointment
Payments can be made with a credit, debit, or HSA card.
