I'm Kali, and I help professionals, just like you: ones that have it within them to love life again and find fulfillment in what they do but just need the support to get there.
I help my clients find peace for their anxiety and joy in the everyday things by creating space for them to reawaken the parts of themselves they thought they lost.
Many of today’s solutions for professionals are about finding quick tips or hacks for self-care in a short bit of time leading many to feel even more overwhelmed by the sheer number of things they have to try. I know your circumstances are unique so we start by finding space for you to slow down and reduce the stress in your life before moving on to rebuild your life around those things (and people) most important to you.
First, we will find the things that turn your work-life balance into a juggling act, causing all the exhaustion. Then, we'll work on creating personal strategies that align with your daily life (and draw boundaries with some things that don’t!)

The past 14 years of working with professionals and my specialized training in career counseling equips me with the insight you need and deserve when you're seeking balance and meaning in both your personal and professional life. I get it because I’ve been where you are. I’ve felt what it’s like to get to the end of a day and all you can do is scroll on your phone while also telling yourself that it’s not helping. I know what it feels like to be on edge with your family and feel guilty for snapping at them. I understand that sometimes you might just want to curl up in a cocoon and be done with the day.
So, when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly knows what you’re going through and who won’t give up until you find that place of peace for yourself!
